- Holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GirlsLuvJewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Order Issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
